Here, you don't have to prove anything.

For a few hours, you step outside your usual role.

You don't have to perform. You don't have to know exactly what you want. You don't need a polished story to tell.

You bring a real situation. You look at it differently. You explore it with others. You try another way of responding.

Because understanding isn't always enough. Sometimes you need to practise for something to really change.

From automatic to chosen

When we are in familiar territory, many of our reactions happen automatically. We know how to position ourselves. How to ask. How to say no. How to read a meeting. How to handle disagreement. When the territory changes, those same reflexes may become less reliable.

Automatic

What happens before you've had time to choose.

Chosen

What you decide to do in the seconds that follow.

That's the difference we practise. Not by talking more about the problem. By putting it into practice.

Why the group matters

One-to-one, you describe what happened. In the Circle, it happens.

A hesitation. A disagreement. A difficult request. An unexpected reaction.

The behaviour becomes visible as it happens. You can observe it, adjust it and try again. That's what turns insight into a new possibility for action.

What you can get from it

More perspective

Step out of your usual rhythm for a few hours and look at your situation differently.

More footing

Understand what is unsettling you in this new environment — and what isn't yours to carry.

A wider view

See how other people experience very different situations, and put your own experience back into perspective.

More ease

Practise the conversations, decisions and responses that currently take too much energy.

More choice

Become less driven by your first automatic reaction.
