Facilitator and creator of the Guided Circles

Marie-Solange Vottero

I use methods grounded in cognitive and behavioural science to work on the patterns that fire automatically under pressure — so that professionals stop reacting by reflex and start choosing their response consciously.

Where the name comes from

Dojo is the room where you repeat a gesture until it is available under pressure. Dozo is what you say to invite someone in. The two together are exactly what happens here.

What I do not do

I do not treat medical conditions. I work with people who are employed, looking for work or on a break, and who want to change a way of reacting. Individual sessions cover both professional and personal questions. I work with difficulties linked to anxiety, stress management, relationships and self-assertion. If care from a health professional is needed, I point you to one.

Your situation does not have to be serious. You may simply feel that something no longer works the way it used to.

You do not need to start everything again. You may simply need a new place to look, to test, and to find your footing again.
